I don't like doing stuff that I don't believe in. So, therefore, I do two things: I join projects and people who inspire me, and I try to bear in mind the aim and significance of my tasks, which is also a common sense within Integral Vision. We summarise the goals, milestones, and motivation before we start the development, and build the outcome in our heads first. If we do not see the meaning of the project, we do not take it. As an account manager, my responsibility is to provide the frames, and I appreciate this goal-driven, bird-perspective being.
I really like about my job that from time to time we take look at the principles of our work and we try to get the problems come to light instead of shoving them under the rug. This is really important to me as something is always different: we have new projects, new clients, new colleagues, new circumstances and of course we are changing and evolving on the inside as well. Therefore it is important reconsider routines. My colleagues and our common attention to these issues give me a feeling of security.
What I mostly like is that I can be myself in both my job and my free time. My work is assorted with that I am a human rights defender in a civilian organization.
