To the best of our abilities, we have been trying to support important social causes and civic initiatives for years. So far, we have typically come across organizations or projects that we have supported financially or with our capacity through our personal and professional contacts.

We want to expand our contacts and get to know other domestic NGOs for whom our many years of experience and knowledge in website design and development can add value.

What can we offer?

We believe that thoughtful, regular, targeted online communication is key to ensuring the sustainability of civic initiatives. The organization's website and other online channels, and the content communicated through them, shape the relationship with clients, partners, and supporters and the image of the organization and the cause it represents. The structure of these online platforms, their appearance, and the quality and freshness of the content they publish strongly influence.

For more than ten years, we have been working with our clients to develop effective, customized, and sustainable platforms to help them achieve their objectives in the online space.

With this call, we can offer:

• Online communication strategy review, consultancy
• Website structural design
• Custom web identity design (logo design, font, and color scheme)
• Website design using Squarespace website builder platform
• Subsidy to cover the annual fee for the Squarespace platform

Who are we looking for?

We invite applications from domestic NGOs who:

• would like to renew or create a website for their organization or a specific project; the organization's leadership strongly supports this objective, and they can delegate a member of staff with decision-making authority;
• have a well thought out and prepared concept for the online presence 
• have the capacity and motivation; to actively participate in the website building/renewal process over the next 1-2 months, including participation in regular meetings and necessary content editing tasks;
• The cost of having their website built using the proposed Squarespace platform, which in the long run will cost the organization around 6-7000 HUF per month, as the platform is available on a monthly/annual fee plan (this is the rental / running cost of the system used, which we will cover for the first year)

The applications received will be assessed together with our colleagues according to the following criteria: 

• the mission of the organization (to which we can best relate)
• the feasibility and sustainability of the project,
• the commitment of the organization;

We want to meet the designated staff of the organizations that meet the criteria in-person/online for one-to-one and a half-hour meeting between 3 and 10 August to discuss the project ideas, methodology, and timeline.

After these discussions, we will decide on 11 August which organization we will have the opportunity to work with. We will give feedback to the organizations on the morning of 12 August.
