A year-long cooperation to enhance the importance of economic empowerment and fair job opportunities
The International Trade Centre (ITC) is a multilateral agency of the World Trade Organization and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development.
Challenge
We were honored to have been selected by a leading Swiss UX agency to implement the concept of a dynamic and engaging platform on Drupal. The project was among our most complex works during the past years. A vast amount of content needed to be structured, and a complex, responsive design system as well as a wide range of integrations needed to be implemented.
Solution
The development project lasted nearly a year. More than 20 content types, blocks and taxonomies and almost 40 paragraph types were used to build up a flexible but maintainable and a classy but fast website for the ITC.
We configured complex workflows to facilitate the content management process through the whole organization and implemented various integrations to enable smooth content flow between systems.
The design agency was responsible for a user-centered website structure and design that we had to implement with the ease of use, security and performance being our top priorities.
