I met Kulcsi two years ago. He's had Integral Vision team building on his brain for a while, and I was wondering how happy I would be to support groups who are building their teams. 

Two years have passed. Today I facilitate meetings, retrospectives, and teamwork. Sometimes we have discussions individually or in small groups. On these occasions, I stay outside, keeping the framework, and mediating problems. 

Other times I participate in the continuous improvement of the company structure and culture. How to launch a project, how to account performance, how to measure ourselves, how to communicate. On these occasions, we work together as a team. 

I thought about the question. When the noises of the reflections consolidated, it only remained that I have been here every single week in the past two years.
