IV-style talk-show! On our demo day everyone attends two retrospectives: a team retro in the morning and company retro in the afternoon, where the full headcount of the community is represented.The team retrospective is the one where we share personal tension and feelings.
From these sessions we bring those topics to the co-retro which affect everyone. We reflect on what is working well and where changes are needed. It may seem a bit odd when 18 people are arguing about how to order lunch but we believe that the way of evolution is never straightforward...
We described 2022 as the year of uncertainty and 2023 as the year of resilience. Looking back a bit, 2020 and 2021 were no less turbulent. After years of continuous adaptation and seeking new paths, how could we summarize 2024 in one word?
