Clear, comprehensive information in highly complex situations

The Gottsegen György Cardiology Institute approached us with the idea of revamping their outdated, difficult-to-maintain, and user-unfriendly website. The goal was to create an online platform where patients and their families could not only access professional information about the hospital's services but also find clear and accessible guidance about their condition, prevention, recovery, and rehabilitation options in a more human and understandable way.

Solution

Comprehensive structural transformation with an entirely new design

After nearly a year of work, and in a somewhat rushed final phase due to the public health emergency, we launched the new website for the Gottsegen György Cardiology Institute. The site was designed with a focus on domestic and international best practices while taking into account the unique characteristics of the Institute. Its primary goal is to provide patients and their families with the most comprehensive information possible—whether about illnesses, hospital stays, post-discharge care, or even the functioning of a healthy heart.

Following the structural design, dozens of doctors and other staff members went above and beyond to create accurate, understandable, and empathetic content. We worked to present this information in a clear, organized manner, paired with a fresh and vibrant design that reflects the Institute's spirit and professionalism.

It was truly uplifting to work on this project—not only because of its significance but also because we had the privilege of collaborating with an outstanding team. Their professionalism, attention to one another, and care for those who turn to them is remarkable.
