Bethesda Children’s Hospital is one of the oldest children’s hospitals in Budapest, They treat patients up to the age of 18 from across Hungary, as well as providing care for socially disadvantaged and physically handicapped children and their families.
Challenge
The Hospital was looking for an Intranet availably only for Bethesda colleagues. They looked for a simple platform that can radically improve their internal information management capabilities and processes in a cost-efficient way.
Solution
The Intranet’s main functionalities include consulting rooms and on-call time schedules, event management and a related event calendar. We managed to eliminate paper-based protocols and schedules and enable Bethesda employees to have access to up-to-date information about clinical protocols and documents, employee schedules, news, training opportunities and events.
