Home of­fice

It was always an option for everyone to work from home. There has been no quantitative limit, but availability and productivity has been key requirements. Home office was a common phenomenon when we had to work on Saturdays or had company nights out the previous day, but most of us usually worked from the office. It was quite smooth when COVID made us switch to a fully remote and digital working environment, but it was more challenging when quarantine was over and we tried to find the balance between in-office and remote work.

Now, we follow a hybrid working model where all employees have the flexibility to choose where and when they work.  Our office is a possibility where people can come to work when it suits them better or when they would like to connect with others.
