Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the director of the Kassák Museum, a member institution of the Petőfi Literary Museum, Budapest. The Kassák Museum is a small museum devoted to the Hungarian avant-garde.
What challenge were you trying to address with Integral Vision?
The Kassák Museum has an own separate website since 2011. The first website was designed ad set up in 2011, and by 2021, the design and accessibility was outdated. Integral Vision was hired by the Petőfi LIterary Museum to design and build a new website for the Kassák Museum, while maintaining the contents of the previous website.
Team composition/dynamic team?
We had close contact with two project managers from Integral Vision. Several colleagues were involved in building and developing the Kassák Museum website.
How did you come to work with Integral Vision?
Integal Vision was decided upon by the Petőfi Literary Museum's directorate, based on their professional credentials, their offer, and their previous work. They have been cooperating with the P.L.M. before our joint project on websites of other member institutions.
Describe the project and services they provided in detail.
We had a kick-off meeting and set up the scope of work. After that, the staff of the Kassák Museum collected required information on the new website's structure and contents, and all the relevant questions were discussed in detail. The designer of the Kassák Museum's logo and previous website was invited as design consultant. All site designs and technologcal questions were discussed in detail through online and offline meetings with the project managers at Integral Vision.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The main outcome of the new website is its improved design and accessibility, both on the side of the users and the museum's staff. We have been receiving positive feedback on the new website since its launch in June 2022.
How did Integral Vision perform from a project management standpoint?
Communication with Integral Vision was smooth and easy, through emails, shared online documents and online/offline meetings throughout the design and development process. Integral Vision staff was always on time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Integal Vision staff was highly professional and keen on solving our specific requests throughout the process. The website turned out to be in line with the design requirements of the Kassák Museum and stillmore user friendly than our previous website.
