I am the Senior Adviser for Strategic Communications of Association for the Prevention of Torture (APT). We work with partners across the globe to prevent torture in places of detention.
What challenge were you trying to address with Integral Vision?
Refresh our website to better reflect our vision and approach. Improve user experience of our website and access to our key resources. Reorganise and visually refresh our online Knowledge Hub
What was the scope of their involvement?
To create a more user-friendly content structure and interface for our website, we invited Integral Vision to undertake planning and consultation sessions to help us refine our vision and develop a project within our budget. The key project deliverables were: Content structure, Architectural design, Website design, Website development, Localisation, Content migration, Support and maintenance.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Integral Vision went above and beyond our expectations to ensure the website met all of our technical and design requirements, as well as being delivered on time and within budget.
How did Integral Vision perform from a project management standpoint?
Integral Vision was an excellent partner throughout this project, from conceptualisation, to design, to development and publishing. We scheduled regular Zoom meetings – either weekly or as needed - to discuss project requirements and progress. This was complemented by email and Slack messages to follow up on questions raised during our meetings. Communication was always prompt, clear and solution-focused. All work anticipated for a sprint was completed on time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Integral Vision is one of the best web development groups we have worked with. They excel at: communication; design; and solution-focused development. They provided additional support with content migration for a content-rich site when we had limited staff capacity to do this internally, while ensuring the project budget was not compromised.

At every stage, they went the extra mile to ensure the delivery of a project that met our requirements, as well as providing hosting arrangements and ongoing support to maintain the website.
