Managing Director
They waited for us to clarify the requirements among the many stakeholders; their attitude and communication were very people-oriented.

Long-term web development and operational support.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the head of a Hungarian NGO that provides social services mainly to migrants and asylum seekers. We work primarily in Hungary, but we have projects all over Europe. There has been a massive increase in migration to European countries in the last few years, with hundreds of thousands of refugees arriving in the region, including Hungary.
What challenge were you trying to address with Integral Vision?
We provide services for people who have recently moved to Hungary. We also cooperate with other organizations active in this field. We also needed support in developing our web communication and operational service.
What was the scope of their involvement?
To coordinate and communicate with each other. These projects had several phases and parts. First, we went through a procurement process. Here we wrote down our ideas and our desires. Later, we worked with Integral Vision colleagues on the details during the design phase. We discussed our options, gave us suggestions, and finalized the collaboration. We worked together in sprints during the implementation. We met every two weeks to present the results and discuss the next steps.
Team composition/dynamic team?
"Each project had a project manager who we kept in touch with. We involved other team members, such as myself and the managing director of Integral Vision, in essential issues. Usually, at least three people from each side attended 1-1 meetings. My impression was that Integral Vision always worked in teams; not one person was responsible for everything during the development. Some were responsible for the content, others for the interface design, and one for the product.
There was no daily communication; it was more situational. We usually talked weekly or fortnightly during the development, but during the intensive periods of the development of the educational tool, we talked several times a week. Every year we had a special meeting to look back over the past year and plan for the future."

How did you come to work with Integral Vision?
But was unable to fulfill our requests afterward. They recommended Integral Vision as a competent team that could take over the operation. We asked them for a quote on this basis.
How much have you invested in them?
I estimate that we spent a total of about 15 -17 million forints with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
They started working on the operation about eight years ago. The two projects I mentioned were between May 2015 and September 2018.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The learning tool was a great success. We had not used anything like it before, and the participants appreciated it (hundreds of participants per year). I'm usually skeptical of tools like this that require more effort than they add value, but this is useful and user-friendly. Participants even used it to communicate with each other, so they loved it.
How did Integral Vision perform from a project management standpoint?
"I loved the ongoing contact and collaboration with Integral Vision. They were human faces; we knew their project manager by name and human connections, so communication was smooth. They were not operating in a service model; they seemed more like a professional organization.
As an NGO, we communicate and organize social awareness events, which are often more charity than market-oriented. Whenever we have asked for help with e-learning or development presentations, they have been available. More often than not, their account manager has provided us with assistance free of charge, beyond the business relationship. We appreciated that."

What did you find most impressive about them?
Details and design to accommodate our ideas. Implementing the communication platform was a long thought process with several partners. They were very patient, and we could always come back with questions to discuss in detail.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nothing concrete comes to mind. I know that they are growing; they should keep their human attitude. I've seen companies become more flexible and malleable as they grow.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would recommend Integral Vision. Their customers must be open and courageous. Often we think of tech companies as only being able to talk about their work, but that is not the case with Integral.
