Power

Sometimes it even happens in democratic companies that latent power relations evolve.  What is important is how we handle them.

For a long time, we work together in a self-organized way, in relative freedom, without dealing with serious conflicts. So as to achieve this, we have talked about 'Power' many times to overcome our misconceptions about how to believe.
