Everyone in the company is invited to participate in the decision making process.
Be it a new colleague, the implementation of a new policy, or the location of the next company outing we can all share our ideas and concerns about the initiatives. The proposer can describe a tension and make a proposal to resolve it. The others can react on the proposal by asking for clarification, sharing their opinion on the topic, or expressing their objections. If needed there can be some rounds of amends on the proposal. Once there's no objection, the proposal can be adopted.
