As a first step in the implementation, we mapped the stakeholders and then wrote a tailored questionnaire to assess the needs. This information was then used to gain a clear picture of the target audience and the project objectives. This provided the basis for the user interface design. Salt Communications provided the creative for the visualization. After the presentation of the clickable wireframes, we started the development phase. In addition to the multiple content delivery, we developed a dedicated website for educational journals associated with the institution.
