Contemporary Literature as an Experience
We have worked closely with PIM’s museum pedagogues to create a platform that helps secondary school students organize virtual exhibitions.
The continuous work that students engage themselves in for months helps them to get familiar with certain pieces of contemporary literature. Besides learning traditional analysis students are encouraged to be not only observers but active participants in the process and see the work through their own experiences. This method can help students develop a unique way of how they perceive themselves and literature, poetry and contemporary art in general. While working on the virtual exhibition students also meet PIM's digital collection and can actually become “digital museum goers”.
