“...if they hear the hopping sounds of shoes from the hallway, it can’t be anyone but me.”

The guys in the office know that if they hear either the hopping sounds of shoes from the hallway or the blurred sounds of a techno set from the back room - it can’t be anyone but me.

As the youngest member of the team I’m responsible for the visual appearance and usability of the digital products we make. Basically I draw rectangles 8 hours a day. (That means a lot of rectangles.) During the time I spent here my knowledge has improved a lot in the area of Finnish agricultural terminology. I have worked on test interfaces, public speaker databases, games, fitness apps, even an electric meter reader app.

Because of the various challenges I faced I don’t baulk even if I have to design a sowing seed calculator ...in Finnish.

Design used to be my hobby and I think it’s super cool that it has become my profession.
