Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of library and museum digitalization for the Petőfi Literary Museum, an organization that aims to collect and explore the Hungarian literary heritage.
What challenge were you trying to address with Integral Vision?
We needed a partner to integrate our databases and develop a website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our organization has lots of digitalized books, and other content, so Integral Vision integrated all of those databases. They also built a new portal for our users to access our database, using a new CMS. Currently, they provide support and maintenance.
Team composition/dynamic team?
The team size depended on the project phase. During development, we had about ten people, but we have about four people in the support phase.
How did you come to work with Integral Vision?
We put the project out to tender and narrowed it down to six companies. Integral Vision was the best, so we hired them.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent about $40,000–$50,000 in total.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked on the first version of our product from 2014–2015, and now they provide support.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They built what we wanted. The number of visitors to our website has increased because Integral Vision made our databases easier to access. The UX is excellent, and the database migration was highly successful.
How did Integral Vision perform from a project management standpoint?
We ran agile sprints with two weeks intervals. They gave presentations every other week, reviewing what they did and what they were planning to do. They’re flexible, and we can call them whenever needed. We’ve worked with many other companies, and Integral Vision was the most prompt, professional, and proactive.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They make strong efforts to solve our problems, and they challenge us to make the best product possible.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, they always ask for feedback in order to improve.

Listen to them because they’ll come up with their ideas to solve your problems.
