"The finished website earned multiple awards in its category and has drawn a measurable increase in user traffic. Integral Vision offered consultation on concepts before development, and their work has generated positive feedback from stakeholders."

Integral Vision developed a website for a museum. The solution has launched.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a historian and archaeologist, and I was responsible for the online presence of the Hungarian National Museum. Our museum collects, preserves and presents the historical relics of the Carpathian Basin and Hungary.
What challenge were you trying to address with Integral Vision?
We needed development of a new website. We’d been working with an outdated server and a challenging structure with poor accessibility. The site had been breached several times due to poor security. We opted not to renew with our previous provider.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We wanted a sustainable site which would be informative and easy to maintain. We also didn’t want to depend on a licensed product.
How did you come to work with Integral Vision?
We sent our RFP to about 60 companies. After the first round of selection, three companies remained under consideration. We chose Integral Vision because of their attitude.
Describe the project and services they provided in detail.
Following some initial discussions on concepts, they developed our website.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The website won multiple awards, including “website of the year” in the field of culture in 2015. We’ve seen a lot of statistical improvement, and we tracked 209,000 visitors last year. The solution is well-structured and informative, and we’ve received positive feedback in-house and from other stakeholders.
How did Integral Vision perform from a project management standpoint?
Communication was excellent and their process was transparent. Their approach was flexible and they met all the deadlines. Their accounting scheme based on storypoints was not entirely clear in the beginning, but it made more sense as we worked with them. If Integral Vision found our concept to be outdated or inconvenient for our users, they would redirect us. They were open to discussions and provided rational arguments.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were completely focused on our goals, and that resulted in a more impressive solution.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We would have liked them to better understand the services our company provides.
