Integral Vision designed and developed our new guitar webshop.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
The sale of high-quality acoustic guitars is our core business, but we also offer unique and old (vintage), electric & acoustic guitars, amplifiers, and accessories. Our most important goal is that our customers return to us with pleasure, enjoy themselves, and find the best guitars, which hopefully will be perfect for them through decades. I am the principal owner and the CEO of the shop.
What challenge were you trying to address with Integral Vision?
In the first decade, the sale grew 30% yearly. This tendency has stopped in the past few years. After a profound market analysis, we decided to invest in our online marketing by developing a new webshop and leading in a new ERP system. We needed a sustainable and integrated solution in the long run. The reason we chose Integral Vision was their excellent reputation for sustaining online businesses. The modular and flexible system they used in previous works was convincing.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Design and development of Stageshop.hu. A system with hundreds of products. Content marketing strategy for helping users to choose the guitar that best matches their needs. Besides the new website displays a variety of high-end guitars, employees needed a platform that is easy-to-use yet suitable for business requirements. Since Stageshop is not only a webshop but also a physical shop, it was also essential for the new website to be able to integrate with an ERP system.
Team composition/dynamic team?
The team was proactive in defining the business needs and the right user interaction design for the development. I had the impression that we have a professional team, and during the collaboration, this has strengthened.
How did you come to work with Integral Vision?
We had a marketing consultant company, who analyzed the potential web service providers and selected Integral Vision for this project.
Describe the project and services they provided in detail.
We needed a practical product catalog design, excellent SEO strategy, well-optimized online shopping experience. We needed a complex online selling solution that can be used in worldwide markets (inside EU, outside EU). Along with the webshop development, we changed our ERP system. It was crucial to have seamless integration with this new ERP.

What is the status of this engagement?
We launched the project in April 2019. Integral Vision is hosting and maintaining the website.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We have a stable and beautiful webshop system. Thanks to the webshop-ERP integration, most of the manual work is now automatized. The colleagues can focus more on content marketing to increase sales performance. Based on our customers ' feedbacks, the webshop user interfaces are easy-to-use.
How did Integral Vision perform from a project management standpoint?
One of the things worth mentioning is we got a testing version of the webshop in the early stage of the development. The developers were releasing the new functions after every two-weeks demo. We had time to test the features, learn the administration workflow, and to work on the content before launching the website.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The responsivity and the communication of the team are reliable, fast, and smooth.
Are there any areas they could improve?
To spend more time in the shop to have a deeper understanding of the inner processes.
