I'm the owner and the CEO of the Vanilin Confectionery. Besides organizing the stuff and the business, I work in designing new products and services.
What challenge were you trying to address with Integral Vision?
My goal is to attract new customers to Vanilin by building an online webshop.

Integrated website, webshop, and product administration system based on Drupal.

IV offered always the right people to solve the problems. All the needs has been covered in time. The two weeks iterations made our cooperation smooth and transparent.
How did you come to work with Integral Vision?
We sent our RFP to a few companies. There were a few cheaper offers, but we wanted a reliable partner in the long run. The account manager and the tech lead from Integral Vision had a convincing attitude. They presented a clear vision of how they would build the whole integrated system. It was inevitable to work with them. It is a great experience to work with such a pro team. I knew they would help to succeed in my business in many ways, not just by developing the web application.
Describe the project and services they provided in detail.
The website offers a catalog of our products and a full online shopping experience. Inside our confectioneries, we have kiosks installed with a unique view of the website. Our customers can order products by using this display without contacting the staff. We have a dedicated solution for confectioners for creating the new fancy cakes. The system offers a full backend administration user interface for stockpiling.

What is the status of this engagement?
The project is in the support phase, but from time to time, we have new development issues as well. Now we are working on an online membership module.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I didn't spend any money on marketing. Despite this, the number of online selling has increased every month after launching the webshop. We sold more than five thousand cake in the past year. This number is far more than I have expected. It worth spending more on growing the online business.
How did Integral Vision perform from a project management standpoint?
The proactivity of the team and the account manager was awesome. They were transparent and reliable during cooperation.
What did you find most impressive about them?
As I mentioned before, this company is gorgeous.

There is nothing to improve.
