I'm responsible for portal solutions and infrastructure at IP Systems Kft.
What challenge were you trying to address with Integral Vision?
We wanted to publish internal content and data, along with publicly available interfaces for a dozen JAVA energy data files, in compliance with statutory requirements. We needed a reliable solution to publish gas network data and represent it in a user-friendly fashion.
How did you come to work with Integral Vision?
We develop internal solutions and didn't want to build in-house competencies. We needed a partner with several years of experience in web design, data visualization, and website development. It was also crucial that we use a similar methodology. That's why we decided to work with them.

The solution enables users to search for hundreds of energy measurement data points. It ensures availability 24/7 and integrates with other systems to store, process, and visualize large amounts of historical data.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The new system has replaced a lot of manual work and increased capacity.
How did Integral Vision perform from a project management standpoint?
Since we're both IT companies with similar methodologies, we collaborated well. Both parties had considerable experience with Scrum and agile methods. They were accountable and reliable. We formulated our needs, and they suggested technical solutions. Thanks to their agility, we always met our deadlines.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They didn't build a solution for mass production. Instead, they created a custom solution based on our needs and experiences.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I require more proactivity during the support phase. If I hand over the product, I would like them to look after it and keep selling the project. The management could improve the Integral Vision up-sales performance.
