I am a business consultant for Tetocentrum Magyaroszag Kft., a roofing material distributor.
What challenge were you trying to address with Integral Vision?
Our website was out of date, even for an antique market; we couldn’t sell our products online. We hired Integral Vision to develop an e-commerce site that would connect our enterprise resource planning system and have a navigable UI for customers.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Integral Vision built an e-commerce site based on our requirements around the user experience. First, they created wireframes and design templates. They built prototypes and revised those in an iterative feedback process. Post-launch, the team did SEO, Google Ads, and on-page optimizations. They also created content pages to drive organic search results.
Team composition/dynamic team?
We worked with up to three people at a time. The entire team included an account manager, a leading developer, designers, SEO specialists, and advertising resources. The CEO participated in high-level strategy discussions.
How did you come to work with Integral Vision?
We created a brief and interviewed local companies. We wanted a vendor that would fit our company culture and could deliver within our budget. Integral Vision then submitted a proposal that fit our budget. We hired them based on that documentation, as well as the excellent rapport between teams.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent around $50,000 with payments corresponding to each sprint in the development cycle. Currently, we have a support contract.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked with them from May–November 2017.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The site enabled us to reach the older demographic in our market. As a result, we’ve slowly increased sales. From a functionality perspective, the new site has improved cost and material estimations. The upgraded features led to a twofold increase in the number of price quotes.
How did Integral Vision perform from a project management standpoint?
Integral Vision was cooperative, honest, and transparent. Those qualities made the partnership successful. The team was available on weekends and successfully collaborated with the third party that built the enterprise resource planning system. Ultimately, their flexible and accommodating approach stood out.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The team presented a compelling vision for our company. Both our website and brand have received positive feedback from users and colleagues.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Everything was fine, but they could onboard more specialists internally. I prefer one company to handle everything. Integral Vision does need to grow for the long-term.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be communicative because they are eager to respond to feedback.
