Navitasoft provides energy business software solutions for the liberalized electricity and gas market players such as Transmission Systems Operators, Storage Systems Operators, Energy Traders, Shippers, and Regulators.

What challenge were you trying to address with Integral Vision?
There are many energy market companies in the market. The challenge was to communicate in a different way than the competitors do, to stay out from the crowd. We needed an inspiring Webdesign and straightforward communication. Our goal was to getting into the point fast and clearly.

Redesign of the website.
Team composition/dynamic team?
At the beginning of the project, we had a kickoff meeting. We talked about the needs, expectations, about how we would like to be different from others. During the development, the communications were dynamic. Fast responsiveness, short summaries, active communication loops characterized the team.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The new website provides excellent user experience, clear content structure, modern look-and-feel. Our colleagues liked the editorial backend system as well.
How did Integral Vision perform from a project management standpoint?
In generaly the team was really dynamic. The website is not our main priority, it is somewhere in the mid-end of the list. The project team was really helpful to keep this project in the agenda and not taking much time from us. With daily standups, two-weeks demos they were pushing us, not too much, helped us to keep the project in the agenda.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Engagement. We had really the impression that the team ownes the project. They were treating like their own product. They were excited during the whole cooperation.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They should improve the testing workflow before live releases.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be open. Invest your time in the discussions to have the best results. Probably there are a lot of 5 minutes meetings. It is not a waste of time, and it worths the effort.
