Our values

We plan, design and develop websites using open source technologies, mainly Drupal. With over a hundred successful launches and dozens of long-term partnerships, we are glad to share our recipe for creating impact.

Our story

Integral Vision was established in 2009, when its founders got impressed by the open source development model and Drupal  in particular. They quickly understood that it is not just about coding:  open source refers to a philosophy of collaboration. 

Today, Integral Vision is a team of about 20 people with a sociocratic approach focusing on autonomy and self-responsibility. Integrated and consent-based decision making, authority in our own domains, transparency and continuous improvement are the very foundations of our operation.

• For the past 3 years, we have been among the top 10 Drupal development companies on Clutch (an independent B2B research and ratings platform identifying leading IT and marketing service providers).
• Our churn rate is around 5% (way below industry average). Our people stay with us for an average of 6-8 years.
• In the past few years, we ‘hired’ 2 ‘robot colleagues’ - meaning scripts. One of them supports transparency by generating various reports and reduces human effort with administrative duties. The other is helping out our developers by overseeing upgrades and handling repetitive tasks.
• In 2020, 5 of our projects won awards in the Hungarian "Website of the Year" competition.

We put great effort into understanding the business goals and perspectives of our clients so that we can develop business-relevant and viable solutions.
