Our operation

We try to get the most out of company well-being. From time to time we reflect on the following five factors: positive emotion, engagement, relationships, meaning and achievement. Our habits and routines are not rigid policies but we can always add or change something so that everyone can immerse themselves into their work and achieve goals that make sense.

We take a pause in every two weeks to spend a whole day participating in retrospective and demo meetings and planning the next two weeks. We close a sprint and start another one. We adjust every project to this rhythm. During the two-week iterations everyone completes their tasks when they want. Every day starts with a 10-minute morning standup where we can ask for support from the team or report any impediment that may affect other's work.
